In early 2010 the owners of The Zetter Group, Mark Sainsbury and Michael Benyan, went in to partnership with celebrated chef Bruno Loubet to open a modern French bistrot on the ground floor of The Zetter Hotel.
Bistrot Bruno Loubet has enjoyed rave reviews and has quickly become one of Londonís most popular restaurants (named 3rd Best Restaurant in the UK at the National Restaurant Awards 2010), known for its sophisticated bistrot food, fast, friendly service and excellent value for money.
The Zetter Group also opened The Zetter Townhouse (located just across the cobbles of St John's Square from the original Zetter Hotel and Bistrot Bruno Loubet). A hotly anticipated 13 bedroom Georgian townhouse and cocktail lounge, it was named London Hotel of the Year as well as Hotel Bar of the Year 2012.
The ground floor cocktail lounge is an exciting collaboration between The Zetter Group, the creators of the award winning 69 Colebrooke Row, and Bruno Loubet. Bruno oversees the food served in the cocktail lounge as well as the private dining rooms.
