Spris

Spris (pronounced "sprees") is named after the famous aperitif from the Veneto Region. Our logo tells only part of the story: a gentle cloud of rising bubbles indicates a bubbly mix of Italian sparkling wine called Prosecco, Aperol (an Italian specialty aperitif similar to Campari) and a splash of soda water. Spris is a casual spot on South Beach's blossoming Lincoln Road - good for a quick bite while the rest of the world skates by. Pizzas are the main draw, where over 30 tantalizing varieties of Spris' famed thin-crusted pizza are delicately baked in a wood-burning brick oven. Spris Miami Beach offers a comforting and eclectic menu of gourmet pizza and panini and has been repeatedly touted as having Miami's "Best Pizza" by Miami New Times, considered the city's "Best Gourmet Pizza" by the SunPost for four consecutive years, and the recipient of an "excellent" rating from The Zagat. Whichever your choice may be, just add a glass of sparking wine or any other selection from our beer and wine list - and life simply can't get any better!
