Gastronom Brasserie

Set over the top level of a high-end mall, Gastronomís panoramic windows and bright atrium roof give it plenty of light while the curved shape of the room offer its gourmand diners the privacy of discreet booths. Headed by cutting-edge star chef Anatoly Komm, Gastronomís forte is its molecular style cuisine, where flavours and textures are mixed up in unusual ways full of incongruous seeming foams, gels and mousse accompaniments. The Ďice-cream for grown-upsí is where Kommís flair for the unusual really shines through and the clever combinations should win over anyone who is still sceptical about walnut ice cream with turkey and pomegranate. Less adventurous diners need not be afraid, the simple choices, such as a succulent honey and soy glazed pork shank, are great.
