Tarantino, a successful chain project from Kiev, opens its doors for the Moscow people. Chef Mark Verbitsky combines Italian and American cuisine with traditional Asian sauces. "I like experiments – for example, to dress European dishes with Asian ingredients to create new flavors. For example, I smear salmon with sweet spicy (chili-honey) or miso sauce before I grill it "- says Mark. Natural flavor of foods and sophisticated combination of flavors - are the hallmarks of his dishes.
Tarantino offers steaks of selected U.S. beef and Italian pizza, cooked on charcoal. The menu also offers dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, lots of fish and seafood. Bar will delight visitors with a wide range of white, red and sparkling wines at reasonable prices. In the cocktail menu you’ll find long drink, shots, and hot alcoholic cocktails, which will come in handy in winter.
The restaurant's interior copies the unique atmosphere of “Pulp fiction” and other Quentin Tarantino’s films: plaid and striped sofas, brick walls, wooden tables, round ceiling, plasma screens on the walls. It takes guests away from the usual concerns, helps to relax, enjoy the taste of food and creates the atmosphere of fun and relaxation.
Guests can watch the professional Italian pizza-maker working, as the Neapolitan wood-fired oven (the whole oven is made of stones of volcanic rock) is situated in the hall. You can also watch steaks and other disheds being cooked on the Robata Grill (open charcoal grill on wood).
Tarantino was created for people those who like grilled meat, the original filing of traditional food, good wine, a stylish interior, atmosphere of warmth and comfort.
