The Gargioli family has managed to create and maintain across the years an authentic and honest cuisine, which they happily serve to tourists and locals alike. In fact the restaurant has worked his way through to be rated in 2014 for the first time in the prestigious Italian foodies guide “Il Gambero Rosso”. Armando al Pantheon is a family affair that has al, making it a good value for money ways been true to its mission. They provide authentic cucina romana at relatively moderate rates, considering the central location and the first class and high quality of local and Italian produce and ingredients used. Look for typical Roman dishes such as pasta e ceci or spaghetti alla gricia. There are also wonderful Roman Jewish classics such as endive and anchovies or artichokes. In addition to meat dishes like the traditional Roman abbacchio (roast lamb), the restaurant provides vegetarians with their own separate menu which is rather plentiful.
